Is arginine interesting ? I bought some and intend to get 5-10 mg/D.
can I get it with T4/T3 (all have to be taken on an empty stomach and I'm seldom on an empty stomach)
 
I use a mix, 5g glutamine, 5g arginine, and 1 gram lysine.

Makes you sleep sounder, keeps nitrous oxide in the blood, and promotes anabolic growth.

I'd say it gives you a 10 - 15% edge over not using it. I can start taking it on a plateau, and it lets me go higher.

Don't know for sure, but I recently lost 30lbs after surgery, and in 9 workouts using this stuff daily, I'm back up to full strength, in 3 weeks. That seemed impressive to me, but I don't have any experience with a layoff for 6 weeks like I had this time (and starvation diet).

Oh, and take that stuff with carbs, like OJ or something, makes more of it get absorbed.
