L-carnitine question

Hi,
I recently bought L-carnitine for celulite from: L-Carnitrans.

The problem that it doesn't say if it contains bacteriostatic water with L-carnitine. (on the label only said: water, l-carnitine).
So i don't know if it's sterile and if it's safe to unject(they reccomend it to apply it on skin).

What should i do to sterilize it?

It was the easiest product to buy and i wanted to try to see if i respond good or not.

That’s not meant for injection. That L carnitine is a skin care product. Do not inject it ! It’s not sterile nor does it even have a dosage on it.

Order L-Carnitine from a source that sells injectable L Carnitine. Let me know if you need one.
You can even make injectable Carnitine yourself, it’s really simple. YouTube it and you’ll find it.
