Test C 100mg twice a week SQ Monday and Thursday
HCG 250mcg same day as above

No adverse symptoms. CBC, CMP, Cholesterol including apob and cystatin c are all ok. All other labs normal.

Total T 1259.7ng/dL

Free T 310.56ng/dL

IGF-1 223ng/mL

SHBG 36.1nmol/L

What are you asking?
Seems your T levels are likely over the top of the range for true TRT.

Your T is out of range, and 99% of the EU MD would advise you to decrease your weekly mg’s

~1260ng/dL is ~ 44nol/L (8.6-29nmol/L) ref range

No. A USA TRT clinic. They also prescribe oxandrolone and deca off label too haha.
My PCP uses the whole reference range for total T so no go with getting any TRT with them. So by the time I pay the copays while urologist shopping it’s just easier to use one of the compound pharmacy TRT clinics.
