Lantus vs Novolin R for growth

I’ll be running 2.7g AAS alongside 8-10iu HGH. I have both Lantus and Novolin R on hand. Still researching and I want to have a good understanding of the purpose of insulin/ what kind of insulin to use before I proceed (first time using slin). Goal is to put on as much muscle as possible in 24 weeks. This bulk is starting at 585g of carbs daily. How do I know if I need berberine due to being insulin resistant? When do I deploy Lantus and what difference will it have in terms of growth compared to Novolin R? How long can I run Lantus/Novolin R? I want to have a very good understanding before I start. Thanks guys

-Prick your finger 2 hours after a meal to get your 'prandial' blood sugar reading.
-Prick your finger first thing in the morning to get your fasted reading.
-prandial should be under 125ish if it gets higher, start using rapid insulin every OTHER meal
-fasted should be under 100. If it's not, use a bit of lantus before bed every day, like 10ish units.

-try using berberine first. If it works, forget the insulin. If it doesn't, or your numbers creep up again, then shoot insulin

There. I made it as simple as possible for you. Your welcome :)

I know berberine is easier to get but I believe it lowers igf-1 unlike metformin which can raise igf-1 when used with hgh

What’s your opinion on DNP to improve insulin sensitivity? Would a 1 or two week run of 250mg do anything notable?
I've never used it and don't know enough about it to answer your question. I know glp-1 meds can help along with berberine/metformin or fasting.
@Type-IIx had some notes on dnp on his site but the link I had is dead now. He could answer your question for sure
