Last Tren ride

curious how are you tracking your RHR? Smart watch I assume? Has it gotten worse recently or just gradual over weeks/months?
Yes with a smart watch. I rarely ever check it. But I’ve noticed time from time while training it would get to the low 90s so I don’t believe it’s been a longer term issue but who knows.

Last week I was turned away from donating blood due to my rhr. Since then I’ve been tracking. I’m lookin at it right now while eating breakfast and it’s 96. So maybe it is from the Tren because I didn’t take yesterday’s shot. That’s the lowest it’s been

Does it have a chart that has the average? Mine will track 1 week, 4 week, 3 month and yearly averages. Overall I’m 77 but lot of times during the day when I look I’m upper 80’s low 90’s then overall that’s not really the average.

It shows the average for the day. Plus I’ve been checking a lot through the day.
 
I’m turning 45 this year. Head space is better than ever since starting the carnivore diet. I don’t recall feeling this amazing in many years.

However being old definitely changes how we respond to things. I used to need Arimidex even with trt. Now I can run 400mg with nothing.

Yeah I’m right there with you. Things are changing. I get injured much easier now and recover way slower. Shit i couldn’t imagine not being enhanced. That would be miserable lol.

And good to hear about carnivore. I plan on starting back soon. I barely dipped my toes in it recently. I just hate not getting to eat something sweet once a day. But I think I can make some ninja Creami ice cream that will keep me in ketosis. I did drink Fairlife milk when I tried it. So I guess wasn’t technically carnivore.

I can’t recommend carnivore diet enough. It cleared up several health issues. I was able to drastically decrease my medication for IBS that have me terrible side effects. And I just feel amazing
