Hello everyone,i have been always doing deadlifts and from time to time i get strange crumbling noise in rear delt and then big pain,so i cannot continue my workout and i stop.This haven't happened since 6 months when i started doing deads again .Today I deadlifted 500 pounds for 1 (not a big problem) and i haven't changed my style or something and just when i managed to get up i felt strange noise like crumbling into rear delt/lat and then pain.Last time this happened was 6 months ago and on the other day i had a small bruise with a bit of hematoma but it was gone in 5 days and next week i could do almost the same weight.I was pissed this time so much i had to stop my workout because i couldn't pull nothing more than a 45lb plate and got home.Do i need more stretching or more assistance excercises because that shit is pissing me off,please help
