Leaning down diet, critique.

Hey guys, no macros or anything.. just let us know if it looks good.. portions are judged by me and i will change as i feel so, its basically a high protein mod to low carb diet with low fats

Upon waking ? All blended
1 cup oats
1 medium banana
200-300ml low fat milk
1 scoop of whey protein
5-10 almonds
* 1 multivitamin, 1 glucosamine tablet

Meal 2 -
150-200g of tuna
Tablespoon of olive oil
Chopped up onion

Meal 3 ? Preworkout
Piece of fruit
1 scoop of whey
* Bcaa?s

Meal 4 ? Postworkout shake
2 scoops of whey protein
1 scoop of waxy maize
*Bcaa's

Meal 5 ? Postworkout meal
200-250g of lean chicken or beef
Sweet potato or 1 packet of noodles
Chopped up onion
or
150-200g of tuna
1 packet of noodles
Tablespoon of olive oil
Chopped up onion
*3 fish oil tablets

Meal 6 ? Prebed meal
1 scoop of whey
with 150-200ml of low fat milk
5-10 almonds


nothing special but i have used similar diets and they work well
 
I personally think that you're take too much supplements and using too much whey, i like a low carb high fat and high protein diet, it's the most effective to my body. How many calories are you eating every day? And how much calories do your body need to be in balance?

Don't use noodles, itsn't good food, those carbs sources you should choose must contain a lot of fibers, it will make the food stay longer in your stomach, which will make you feel satisfied longer.
