Learn from my mistakes

So my first few batches I definitely worked through some issues. And wasted some money and product because of a few things.
1. The first glass thermometer I used was junk. It was showing a much lower temperature, in turn overheating lots of my compounds rendering them bunk.
I failed to realize this until it was to late. Once I thought of it, I used my backup thermometer and found the problem.

2. I wasted a lot of time with a heat plate that did NOT have an automatic temperature regulator. Please learn from my mistakes. Spend the extra cash and purchase a heat plate with an automatic temperature sensor/ regulator.

3. And the most odd one. GSO, was the cause of my batches looking foggy, fuzzy or murky.
The GSO was from a well known Canadian medical supply website.
As soon as I switched to MCT, all fuzzy, murky or foggy issues stopped.
Trust me when I say I tried everything with the GSO. The longer it sat the larger the particles got.

I made the same compounds in MCT and let them sit for 3 months and the problem did not return, no matter what different compounds I made in MCT.

So my shit is finally squared away. Just with I had access to some good raw TestE. China shit has that impuritie causing major pip. But I'm good with my test Cyp for now.

GSO and other high omega-6 veg oils are prone to oxidization, which can cause that "murkiness". Saturated-fat based oils are much less likely to oxidize, which is a good reason why MCT works well for a lot of people, it's healthier too.

I've been experimenting with fruit oils like olive and avocado and found that olive oil is a nice medium, made up of mostly monounsaturated fat. It doesn't oxidize so easily.

Thanks for the input. Every piece of information is something I store in my brain just in case.
