Leaving brewed mix in the media bottle and pinning from there?

I need to brew up more tren e, but my vials, the metal top is loose on them and I don't have any more big syringes. Naturally these issues are easily remedied but what I do use the Reddit steroids wiki for information on how to brew and they must have updated it recently because it says now about using and leaving the brewed mixture in the media bottle and applying a septa cap which I've never noticed before.

What does everyone think about this? It'd mean I could get to brewing a batch much sooner which would help me out.

The worst thing that could possibly happen is, everytime you draw out the solution from the media bottle you're potentially slowly contaminating the entire bottle.

By cleaning up using IPA before every draw and I'd go as far as to say, by drawing while keeping it in a sterile laminar flow hood will help avoid contamination.

Hope it helps. Cheers.

Well I always wipe all my vials with a alcohol swab, and I keep my kit in a pretty sterile environment so I may give it a go.

There are gl45 septa caps that can be sterilized and used but I wouldn't do it for extended duration. Just order some sterile vials and transfer there.
