For the guys that workout at home. What exercises do you do for legs? Squats, Front Squats, Barbell Hack Squats, Reverse Lunges & Leg Extensions for quads. Seated Leg Curls, SL Deadlifts & Good Mornings for hamstrings. Did I miss anything???

Those are all you need for great legs. Mainly squats and its variation and the deadlift with its variation.

Other exercises I do is bulgarian split squats, sissy squats, hip belt squats, romanian deadlifts, and seated good mornings. All these you can do from home.

you can build a great set of legs with a good weight set and a power rack. Squats, stiff legged deadlifts, front squats, and GM's can be formulated into a good power/mass program on a 2x per week split. BTW - calf raises with a dead bar on your shoulders seems far more effective than all the gay machines that they have at a commercial gym.

I have a power rack at the house. I'll do a routine something like this.

Leg Extensions(Strictly As A Warmup)
Squats- 5 x 10-15 reps
Reverse Lunges- 2 sets x 10 reps
Romanian Deads- 5 x 6-8 reps
Seated Leg Curls- 2 sets x 6-8 reps
Barbell Calf Raises- 4 sets x MAX

Every 2 weeks I'll alternate Front Squats for Squats & Barbell Hacks for Reverse Lunges.

I'm an olympic lifter and my leg work consists of back squats, front squats, and RDL's. I have a power rack at home so it makes it easier to go heavy without a spot.

only other thing left out were box squats..will help raise your squat and dead tremendously..

BUMP for that hogg

Yup...I've always believed that a cage (or rack) and enough weight are all you need to build any muscle group, especially legs IMO. Even when I had gym memberships I never saw much use for the machines, even if I felt like waiting in line for them. The closest thing to a machine I ever use is for leg curls to get my hammys, but that attaches to my bench.

back squats
front squats
DB squats
zolner squats
DB leg curl
leg ext
walking lunges.....db or bb
leg press....i have one in my garage
