If I have some bottles of M1T that I want to finish from before the ban, is that considered Illegal? The reason Im asking is because Im going on vacation and I want to take it with me but Im not sure if I will get in trouble for it.

M1T is no different than anadrol now. If you were caught with a bottle of it then you would be charged with possession of a Schedule III controlled substance and put yourself at risk for a felony charge.

I am going to be flying Domestically. I am not taking any luggage but a carry on bag. Should I just throw it in an asprin bottle with some of my other supp bottles like L-arginine and the likes. The M1T is from Legal Gear so they are the Liqugel Caps kinda a yellowish orange liquid capsule.

Any further advice well appreciated,

most LE probally don't know the details of it (if at all) as it is usually sent to the local agencies thru the states Atty General, as if they dont have their hands full.
