Legality of buying prescription drugs online

Now I have bought prescription drugs online before which include andractim, cialis, and hgh spray, etc.

Although I am trying to buy hcg, clomid, and anastrolze online due to the doctors/ medical industry being a useless fucking scam and I don't imagine there should be any problems although due to some certain circumstances in my life I feel as if there might be.

So I'm asking what exactly is the legality of all this? I believe I shouldn't have any problems, although I also just so happen to have really bad luck.

I'm aware that people here and all over the internet buy prescription drugs on the internet all the time without any legal consquences and like I said I don't think there should be a problem, but I also happen to have very bad luck.

From what I understand it's not testosterone ( which according to DEA scheduling is a class three drug, I believe )

What I'm buying are women's fertility drugs and a drug for breast cancer, so there shouldn't be any penalties although once again, knowing my luck.

If you are buying prescription drugs off the internet without a prescription, you are breaking the law. Chances of you getting in trouble for it are slim to none. The government doesn't generally target the consumers.

i've read (on forums) that it was legal to import a 90 day supply (maybe 60 days?) of medication from overseas.

i'm probably misunderstanding the finer points. Could you touch further on this?

You may be right, my man. Years ago, I was allowed to keep 90 day supply when I went through customs at the border with Mexico. I was always under the impression you needed a prescription though, even if from an out of country doctor.

I read on the internet that "operation bitch tits" is in full swing. There's new mandatory minimums with the sole focus on adex.

I did this once too back in 2001 or 2002. Showed the meds and prescription to customs at the border and they let us keep them. I knew a guy from my area that lived down in Laredo for awhile and he told me it could be done and we did it.

Or your purchase information could be put out on some male stripper/escort/g4p site. Good luck and keep that Angus lubbed up just in case.

No. It's always been illegal to import any medication from overseas.

Now. The finer points.

The US CBP can, under their discretion, overlook the illegality, and allow a 90-day supply of certain medications to pass on to you.

In other words, you have no legal rights to do so. But if the customs agents are feeling generous or are too lazy to do anything about it, you will receive your overseas order.
