Recent blood work shows all of my cholesterol is very low. Hdl 20 ldl 49. Low ldl would seem good but is linked with other things like cancer and brain strokes. i know the main culperate is my extremely low fat diet <70 grams @ 200lbs lean (12% bf). My ratio is 4.2 and im just learning about these things and am wondering the importance of each number and if ratio is the most important. Online research yields every answer ever and is hard to narrow down any definitive answer.
 
Are you on hormones? 20 hdl is low but normal with exogenous administration. Hgh is the best for cholesterol. Ever since I started my cholesterol is excellent. Hdl makes sex hormones amongst other things so I would do my best to get that number up. Otherwise try to eat more monunsaturated fat and polyunsaturated fats

Test and tren. Ive doubled my fat intake to get the numbers up. Doing another lipid panel in 4 weeks to see what markers show. Dropping the tren if no inprovements.

Drink or eat fructose. That will raise your cholesterol reliably.
 
What's so funny? It's true. Fructose raises cholesterol, accurately.
I just want to add you just hit home on many levels. I am actually starting to believe that certain types of sugar, FRUCTOSE in particular being SATAN-SEED... I further believe to when combining with alcohol sugar (FOUR LOKO FOR THE SAKE OF EXAMPLE :oops: ;)). Is like an INSTANT Jack Hammer on yer liver. I have actually witness my LFTs and even Cholesterol skyrocket with a full belly of the stuff. I did not even know cholesterol could jump up or even Go back down that fast...

ITS JUST A DAMN!B! SHAME THAT CORPORATE AMERICA HAD TO GO AND FUCK UP ALL FOODS SUGAR and for their GREED Alone. They literally started poisoning everyone by the switch to fructose. We are talking damage the health of a nation for profit. You would think they would start to switch back to cane sugar just like they pulled transfats per say (like margarine/ or at least stopped endorsing them (DISCLAIMER TRANSFATS HAVE THEIR PLACE) and went back to saturated animal fast as healthier. But NOOOO.. People like that killer Fructose shit because it even brings on a sharper glycemic spike. Its as simple was once they started getting it form the abundance of GMO corn right here, they realized they could save money not paying to ship cane sugar up from Antiqua and places like that. And make no mistake THERE IS A WAR ON AGAINST CANE SUGAR. Cause we still produce plenty of it which means MORE FOR ME... And if is not the same thing as Fructose AT ALL... And if it don't say "CANE SUGAR" on the bag.. IT AIN'T....!!!!

Another point most don't realize regarding FRUCTOSE, is that usually means corn sugar from GMO bastard corn. Then usually they go and tweak into some kind of killer from hell by chemically processing it half way back to SUCROSE (Cane sugar).. But It never quite makes it there (molecularly speaking), and now you are left with imitation cane sugar including of the chemicals remaining from the processing. And people wonder why there's a bunch of fat kids today, so many people getting ill so early, and so many advanced cancers going on....
