I'm 57 yrrs old 6' 275#
Bsen in the gym for 30 yrs with two toaly replaced shoulder to show for it. I'm there 4 - days a week and my diet is average. I've slipped a little over the last cpl yrs but it's not horrible. I do carry a little bad weight but nowhere near being fat. I'm 270 but my natural build carries weight well.
I've been on Dr. prescribed TRT for 11 yrs with a dosage of 220 mg/wk. This dosage used to put me in the 800 - 900 range. Lately that's changed. My last appt 6 months ago I had bloods done 6 days out for my check up (long story on why 6 days) and he seemed surprised at how low it was for even 6 days so he wanted the usual 3 - 4 days out for this appt. I go in to see him and he tells me T was at, 360 nmol/l... 70 hrs out from injection. I then asked him what it was six days out and he tells me 56 nmol/. We then had a conversation (led by me) about not addressing it last time.
My new protocol is 200/2x wk.
I've done some research on the loss of effectiveness, but to such a degree is what concerned me. Any input would be greatly appreciated
