So i was given some suppls:

Joint support

Hemoflow (supposed to help lower blood thickness perhaps? And help blood flow)

Ire total health support

Ive included pics of the ingredients and wanted to ask if anyone has taken any of these and seen any real effects as far as pains and aches, joints feeling better or even lowering of hematocrit or hemoglobin??

is a good stack of OTC supplement

you can take half dose (3 caps) in the morning before meal one and other 3 caps in the evening pre dinner

If it were me I would also add 3 caps before lunch but everyone has their own blood picture to evaluate
