Life after a cycle

I'm sure the info is already posted but I am having a difficult time locating any...

My first cycle is coming to a close very soon. It has been amazing and I can't wait until i can go again : )
My training was for added strength and to cut down on some of my extra fat. I dont really have any guidance in the gym or kitchen other than my wife and the Internet and I think for a rookie I have done fairly well.

I dropped about 8-10% bf. Crushed my PB on most of my lifts. Diet has been very good, but I have given myself two cheat meals a week so I don't go crazy. I def could have done a better job however I feel and look great.

I obviously want to keep as much of my gains as possible. How do you guys train after a cycle to maintain? Diet?

As posted earlier I know good info is posted somewhere. Can I get a nudge in the correct direction? Thx everyone!

You gotta train just as hard off as when your on. And diet has to continue to be healthy. You have to eat enough to maintain the muscle you gained on cycle. For me the hardest part is getting thru pct. As your hormones are all over the place and your trying to level them out it makes me feel sluggish. You have to fight thru it and continue to work hard. Also clomid makes me an emotional bitch to lol and thats no fun

Everyone is different, but it's not like PCT is a three year voyage crawling through razor blades and swimming in rubbing alcohol.

You had enough determination to stab a needle in your flesh and inject a foreign chemical in your body, I think you can push through a few weeks of PCT and keep on keeping on.

Right on guys. Mind over everything. A bit intimidated over the hormonal stuff but as stated above, 99.9% of life has been w/out so just man up and make the best of it. Seems like it's all effort and additude. Oh, and can't forget a good diet lol ;)

train hard, eat protein foods or other crabs, good rest give you more powderful life.what's more, pct is important than actual ccycle for your recovery

Life will never be the same though. You wake up in the morning. Ducks quack. Dogs bark. Bees buzzes. And the sun shines.

You, though, have a different charge.

Your entire mission is like it's been clicked on to the wrong bearings.

You now know, you know 'it'

I used to throw GHRP-2 and MOD GRF 1-29 into the tail end of my cycle and ride it out as a bridge into the next cycle to try and maintain goals. I always found that I lost minimal gains and sometimes even continued to progress. I'd imagine throwing in GH would benefit even more. Other options are to completely switch up your routine. E.g. If you're powerlifting, switch to volume/monster sets and more cardio. This way you'll notice immediate fast return results every week. I don't really drink coffee on cycle but I allow it during the first few weeks of PCT. This way the coffee hits me hard when I need it most. Somewhat related: SARMs aren't an effective bridge so in case you read or hear about them anywhere else, they're mostly pseudoscience. But I do like the idea of any GH based bridge.
