Lifting While Sick

Hey fellas

So like the title says. Thoughts? Experiences?

I'm fighting a nasty cold right now. I'm in week 1 of my Torem PCT, coming off of my first cycle. I'm debating on taking a few days off to recover but I'm also wanting to keep lifting because I know this time is crucial for maintaining the progress I've made. I know I can do it, but a workout today would be fucking miserable.
 
It's important to keep eating. When I'm sick it's tough to get the food down.

Here's an additional question on the subject of ASS while sick.

Do you keep taking GH? Does it have an effect on the virus?

Only being dead Sick would keep me out of the gym. If I'm a bit worn, I'll just go in and do some light work, form training and stretches. Gotta keep it moving ... hey that elliptical machine needs a bit of work out too
