Lightspan Winter Cycle - Test E/Dbol/Mast P/Tbol

WTF? Where did December go?

Ok, so i do night school (don't ask) and had exams, so no log. Shit is still up in the air around the wife and custody, so that has also been a factor. End of excuses. Let's talk pinning and lifting.

I'm entering week 5 at 223 lbs dry after a healthy piss/shit first thing in the am, anywhere from 226-230 end of day with my gut full. up 10 lbs dry, I'm feeling solid as shit. The prop run ended a couple weeks ago, i dropped the dbol quickly and picked up tbol, ramped to 80 mg ed, 20 mg first thing AM, 20 mg PM, and 40 mg PWO. I'm figuring if this were actually 20 mg per cap my liver would have fallen out.

tbol is done this weekend, won't be too sad to see it go, the vascularity and pumps elsewhere are nice, the back pumps can fuck right off. brutal shit. i do 5 g of taurine in my PWO, and 5 g in my intra (BCAAs). That helps, but my traps are basically always near cramping, and squats/deadlifts literally have me screaming. i do those at my home gym, where there is a deadlift room and screaming is encouraged.

speaking of deadlifts, i hit 5 x 405. my previous best was 1 x 405 mid-cycle in the summer. i decided to stop, somewhat amazed at what i had just done, and did not ego lift and fuck myself up. that and the back pumps. screaming out every fucking rep. i'm 6'3". that is a long fucking pull. let me pat myself on the back for a minute here. ok, done.

aside: all the fatties that can't pull 315, you bitches need to suck it. stop stomping around giving everyone the stink eye (see my last log for more of this rant), you are all a bunch of pussies. my five year old can out-squat you fucks.

tuesday was my "light legs" day, 10x10 at 135. THE FUCKING BACK PUMPS. i wanted to cry. couldn't walk for about 20 mins afterward, just sat there. nevertheless, seeing a little separation in my quads (or my vision was blurred from the 10x0s), will be doing legs again saturday and shooting for reps at 335 squatting. bringing them legs up.

so i added in vet grade npp, 100 mg EOD. i can feel my joints are in better shape. they're still grindy as fuck, just not as bad. the clean and clear test is apparently some well-dosed stuff, i have the MS. started having estro sides abou a week ago, my nips have been cooking for several days. was taking 20 mg of aromasin eod (astro), had to break out the pharma shit and hit it a couple days with 25 mg (yesterday and today), have been taking tamoxifen at 40 mg a day, things are finally getting back in hand. the NPP may be the culprit here, first run with a 19-nor, anyone wanting to chime in feel free.

i have all this mast laying around, i think it is mast p, i labmaxed it again and it briefly runs green-ish, but very quickly turns brown-orange. i managed to delete the vid before posting it. i wore a football helmet on the school bus when i was a kid, so humor me for not posting it. will order another round of labmax vials and post another vid when i have the test vials in hand. in the meantime, i started the mast to see what was what (in other words, i got impatient and wanted to try it), 100 mg eod. no pip, seems to be firming me up a bit.

as soon as i get bloods drawn (to validate the test dosing and check my e2), i will drop the test down, just enough to keep my dick working, and pick the mast up to 200 mg eod and blast the shit out of it, i want to see what it will do in terms of lean bulking around 700 mg/wk. feeling solid as hell, really liking this combo (minus the high estro, fuck that shit, i hate doing battle with e2, i am a gyno prone dude, valiantly holding bitchtits at bay). so right now i am at about 750 test e/wk, 350 NPP wk, 3-400 mg tbol wk, and 350 mg mast wk. thats a lot of gear, ladies, and i feel it. i am frisky, i want to fuck everything i see. hide your daughters and livestock.

lifts are going up in weight across the board as expected, no shock there, i am keeping my ego in check and not pushing the weight too high. fatigue is low, so i'm just moving faster between sets or pushing out a few more reps rather than pushing the weight up. my shoulder and left elbow are still a bit tweaky, i feel it (although the NPP is a godsend) but at 225 on the flat bench my shoulder is questionable, incline anywhere beyond 135 and i want to sever my shoulder and put it in a bucket of ice. either the left elbow or the left shoulder, it pisses me off but fuck it, i am using dumbless and using heavier weights on the right. i'll be the crooked guy with one side bigger than the other.

a friend was lifting with me today and caught a couple shots of my back and showed me (posted, not shirtless, sorry ladies), and i realized i am getting some decent size and thickness to it. my chest is mediocre, but i hammer the fuck out of my back and i like it. a lot. i do 2 pulls for every push, and it shows.

ok, merry xmas to all of you (or whatever holiday you celbrate, let's be ecumenical and inclusive). hope santa bring you vials of fire gear.

Leg day ladies. Slept for shit. Since I dragged my ass out of bed late, it was basically wake up, chug a shake, eat three caps (putatively 60 mg) of Tbol and head to the gym. PWO chugged and after ten minutes on the treadmill, kicked it off with Deadlifts.

DL - 12 x 135, 10 x 185, 8 x 225, 6 x 315, 4 x 405, 0 x 455 (2 attempts, couldn't get the bar off the ground), 6 x 315, 6 x 225, 8 x 135.

The back pumps after deadlifting were so bad I had to lie on a bench. Fucking Tbol.

Front squats - 12 x 95, 10 x 135, 8 x 155, 4 x 175.

Hip thrusters - 3 x 10 x 100.

By this point the back pumps were so bad I had to stop again. I like Tbol but fuck this.

Weighted sit-ups on decline bench (holding 45 lb plate overhead) 15/14/12

Leg press/calf press - 15 x 200, 12 x 300, 10 x 400, 15 calf presses at each weight no rest between presses and raises.

Leg curls 130 x 15, 150 x 12, 170 x 10, 190 x 8

Leg extensions 150 x 8, 170 x 8, 190 x 8, 210 x 8

Obliques w/cable - 60 x 10, 70 x 10, 80 x 10, 80 x 10

Not as many sets as I normally do. As with my last cycle, my biggest problem is shoving enough food into my body. I have cyproheptadiene, taking 2 mg a day but it is not doing the job. Going to up the dosage to 4 mg a day and see if that helps.

The estro sides are finally getting reeled in. Been eating aromasin 25 mg ed and tamox 20 mg bid. Will be taking 2 of the 20 mg UGL aromasin caps tonight, see if it will do the job, I'm low on pharma aromasin. Weak sauce.

There was a dude squatting 545 today for reps, looks to be mid to late 40s. Massive respect. This guy kills it, no half squatting there. Me, i'm still bumping up against 335.

Joints are doing pretty well, digging the NPP. Can't really tell
If the mast is doing much other than I don't have the roll of back fat I had last cycle when i was at this weight. I'll be interested to see how the blast of the mast goes. Shoulders tomorrow. Toodles.
