@Jet Labs how is the consistancy of making the oral suspension with ora plus or kids ibuprophen? Does it get clumpy? Should one mortar pestle it?

Source I used before they went out of business used PEG 400. Stuff is a little thick so I warm the bottle and shake well. I've not seen anything from them crystalize.

Imho If it was all for personal I would just injest withe the kids liquid meds. Simple and works. Or even just make my own caps if I really wanted convenience. But I would just mix my daily dose each time to ensure correct amount instead of hoping for an even suspension
