Little about me and what I'm doing

This is my second cycle and when I started this I was about 215lbs. I'm now ending the third week and I just stepped off the scale at 239. I'm running tren e 200 twice a week and test e 250 twice a week. My source also has me taking test c 250 once a week. I'm also running 10mg d-Bol at 5 a day. I'm also taking ai's every week. I'm training hard 6 to 7 days a week. My food intake is probably about 4,500 to 5,000 calories a day 500 grams of carbs give or take as well as 300 to 400 grams of protein a day. People I know are asking question so obviously I'm getting bigger but I guess I'm not happy or want more results lol. Me like everyone else occasionally having some thoughts on the potency of the gear. Thinking of maybe getting my levels check. The sides I've experienced in hot flashes and some nights not all might Lay in bed for a hour or two before I actually fall asleep. Really haven't had bad night sweats. I also noticed at times my jaw in clinched tight and some heavy breathing but I think that's from the weight I've put on. So what do you guys think any pointers or advice on what I could do to possible step it up. Oh and I'm running it for ten weeks.
 
well for starters your protein intake should be at 480g protein a day not a huge range of 300g to 400g protein a day. carbs build 0 muscle. protein is the only thing that builds muscles, plus protein builds everything else in the body too. carbs are just an energy source, fat is for hormone production and energy source. what is your fat intake like?
