Long term HGH storage?

Have about a year of hgh. Should I put most of it in the freezer and just take it out before usage?

I know multiple thaws isn't good, but it's just a single time.

Otherwise could leave in the fridge.

I store it all in the fridge, in little white boxes.

The issue I see with the freezer is the defrost cycle, too many temperature fluctuations. I keep all my vials regardless if they are reconstituted or not in the refrigerator to avoid fluctuation issues.

The super-scary defrost cycle is another fad that came and went. Then everyone went back to storing in the refrigerator. Fridge is fine.

HGH is one of the most complex chain of amino acids we use and is very delicate. Most rules are to never put it in a freezer and certainly not any with temperature changes, like typical freezers with auto defrost.

The purity and dimer issues with HGH are all related to its sensitivity to moisture, temperature changes and even agitation.

Like others have said, leave in the fridge.
