Long term problems

I was previously a steroid abuser/body builder in my kid years. Cycled properly ...and used PCT that seemed effective. Nolvadex (sp?)was the choice at the time. Most recently I turned 43 and have been injecting 100mg of Test a week fro about 2 years and have never felt better. Body fat is down, libido is up, good demeanor ....great workouts and full of energy. Had several full blood scans completed..all "normal". PSA, lipids, liver toxicity, etc. What is bothering me is that I feel "trapped" or dare i say addicted to TRT...who here has long term experience that can put my mind to ease? I have heard the anecdotal "been on 5 years and still going strong" etc. but really want to hear it from the horses mouth so to speak. My biggest concerns are liver and kidney problems in the long term. Not worried about my sperm production anymore as we just had twin boys 18 months ago...thanks for that little bit of Karma by the way God...paybacks are truly hell. As a side note I was recently on a fairly long International trip and went 11 days without my test shot....I felt like crap for a week or so until I got back on track.... Thoughts??

Well I have been on TRT for over 21 yrs. never felt 100% untill I started on SWALE's treatment of HCG. Yes TRT is for like and when we stop we feel bad it is not any different the having high sugar you need to take your meds to stay healty. Not being on TRT when you need it will damage a lot of things in your body and you mind. You need T to live.
I am doing 150 mgs. of Depo T shots every week and 500 IU's of HCG 3 times a week. I have felt my best ever in 21 yrs. on TRT.

Thanks for the quick reply Phil. I have a coulpe of other questions as well if you don't mind:

1) What will HCG offer me in terms of health benefits? Correct me if I am wrong but doesn't HCG keep the testes from atrophy or??
2) I had a small problem with adema which subsided sometime ago but I still seem to be retaining a small amount of puffiness in my face. Any suggestions...

3) What games do you like...I have making games for over 12 years now...
:-)

I think that Dr. Shippen's book revealed a number of case histories of TRT patients who had been on legitimate TRT therapy (not cycles of AAS, but therapeutic doses of TRT) for several decades with no reported ill effects.

As far as I know, testosterone - in therapeutic doses - is your friend. It is simply a hormone that is required by the human body and in those therapeutic doses there are NO ill effects from legitimate TRT.

That doesn't include the very small percentahe who have individual specific problems such as hematocrit for example (which can be readily remedied with blood donations made regularly).

But otherwise.... I'd say, No worries, mate.

Check out Dr. Shippen's book. Somewhat outdated but has some good basic info and background information there.
