long term use of 200-300mg of test for TRT

I'm on TRT and I have been doing it mostly by the book. I don't inject more then 125mg week of test E. Pinned twice a week.

I have done this for 2 year but I come from 3 years at least of blast and cruise where I was cruising on 200-300mg of test between blast.

Lately after 2 years at 125mg week I increased my TRT dose to 250week. I wanted to see if something would change or if I wouldn't see any difference. Before I wasn't feeling any improvement cruising at 200-300mg but I was coming off from a blast everytime so probably that's why I didn't feel I could progress much on a simple high trt dosage.

I have seen a big difference instead... After two years at 125, doubling the dosage gave me a nice boost, strength increased, I started losing more fat, I'm in a hypocaloric diet but my weight In the gym are increasing and I feel fuller and better.

So my question is: can the body get used to high test level and if you keep cruising at 300mg to progress more you will need always bigger doses of test and other AAS? Or you will just retain more but the body will not get used to it, so if you return to 125 and then increase again to 300mg you will still feel a difference?

I don't plan to continue to stay on 300mg I'm 31 and I need to be conservative on dosage because I want to try to live a "healthy" life but I was just wondering if Testosterone like many drugs can create an increase in tolerance so that you need always bigger dosages to see improvement or if it's just my stupid mind coming up with retarded ideas.

There is probably the answer of this question somewhere but long time I don't write around here and I wanted to start a nice conversation maybe with few personal experience of ppl that after a long blast and cruise did few years of just low dose test and then started blasting again.

Thanks it's nice to know it and I feel it's nice to feel gains at a simple 300mg of test as well. That's why I was doing and I'll be doing my TRT at 125mg week max. Because it's nice to just increase it a bit and get gains from it.

I'm increasing it at 250mg now just because I'm dieting hard to get back at a proper BF level to do a full blast. I'm going to reduce it back to 125 around December wait a bit and then start blasting mid January more or less.

To answer your question no, you don’t build a tolerance to hormones.

125 for me is perfect. I feel great and I need to use max 0.5 a week of arimidex

What he said. Your hormone levels just dictate the level of muslcar development you can achieve or keep in a given time frame. OF COURSE less test wasn't exciting coming off a cycle.

Also, 300mg of Test is a cycle. Stay below 200mg for TRT.

Your bloodwork tells the true story . If your hematocrit and RBC"s are out of range then its too high a dose for effective TRT . Its that simple , any credible TRT doctor will tell you the same . I think any dose over 200mg/wk is going to put most guys way over 1100ng in a week which is a usual cut-off point according to my doctor and the PDF .

Well I do bloodwork once a month, at the moment I never had anything out of range except total T when I was cruising on 200mg.

That's why I reduced it at 125mg.
I'm quite lucky even while blasting I never had anything really high or out of range, mostly a little increase in creatinine and a bit of low HDL but the rest has always been ok. I'm not gifted tho on the genetic side so I don't see any point in blasting high doses trying to reach something that is just out of my possibility.

I learned it with time, now I wanna blast on very average dosage and trying to squeeze the max I can from training and diet without using higher dosage to substitute a lack of discipline in other department.

It's amazing how some ppl are just so gifted that with just a bit of AAS they become massive with the same effort I put into it anyway the race is against myself and not Vs other ppl.

It took time to learn it but in the end I got it.

Nice to see you still around @Oregongearhead

Whatever works for you and whatever your doctor tolerates , my doctor always threatens to cut my TRT doses if I come back test-high . So I stay at 125mg/wk unless I slip in a quick cycle for 10 weeks
Good to see you still around @Sampei ....I was wondering where the Ewok went....;) :p ~Ogh

I'm self medicating but it doesn't change much I guess, just need self discipline and I'm set in doing the most conservative dosage of test for my TRT. When I'm not blasting (last few years I didn't blast not even once) I want to have test level always in range as a "normal" person.

Yeah the ewok went in hibernation for a while, I still thought about all of you guys every now and then and it's so nice to see lots of the old faces still around.

It looks like yesterday when we were blasting shills and shit sources right and left ahaha

IMO, running 300 mg test a week may not be that bad, especially if diet, cardio and labs are all in order. Many are on 200 test a week for trt and that’s only 100 mg difference. Many run 3-500 for 30 years.
More genetic I’m guessing, but also, if you don’t smoke, abuse alcohol etc, I really don’t think it’s that bad (but also not the healthiest in the least)

With no offence intended, OP, you’re not on TRT. TRT is to mimic natural levels, and from what I read natural levels can be as simple as 5mg-7mg of testosterone a day. To that’s 35-70mg a week. I’m currently utilising 90mg a week to factor (not research based) in oestrogen and DHT conversion.

Administering 200+ isn’t far off a mild blast in my opinion.

well that depends on where Xmg puts you, the point of TRT is to be in the normal - upper normal range and for some people that takes 90mg and some people it can take 300mg.

That is the other side of the coin. But I haven’t seen many people on self prescribed TRT share or even seek bloodwork. 250mg a week but me at 1500+ as my local doctors results are called there. So I reduced down, I’m running at 900ng+/-, now bare in mind dude, I’m new here. There will never be offence or aggression in my comments, I’m solely here to learn and partake.

He's not running trt at the moment. His trt regimine is 125 mg/week.
I'm pretty sure he's aware that he is running a mild blast.

200 is nowhere near a blast, maybe a high trt dose, 250 a week puts me at 10?? total test. What made you dig this 8month old thread up, just curious?

Can I ask you a question instead of providing an answer? How were your blood test results and health when cruising and blasting for 3 years on no less than 200-300 mg of testosterone?
