Been a long-time lurker here, recently just registered just to add my reviews on steroid underground but not enough contribution so yeah getting active slowly.

Been on TRT dose and just felt wonderful feels like im on my early 20s again(I'm just 30 but for the last few years I felt everyday wasn't worth living at all) . Will be on TRT for life cause going back isn't an option, that wasn't living at all every second was a struggle.
Been on like natural testosterone boosting supplements just to alleviate the feeling(didn't help even with this I felt nothing my TT was just around ~500ng/dl) and when on my 3rd week of TRT jesus christ I felt revived.
Waking up on the morning I look forward for the day and just felt alive again.

With this new found energy and motivation i'm currently dialing in my cardio and currently researching for a bodybuilder routine(currently doing calisthenics) and just pump it up with high volumes of hypertrophy focus exercises.

Glad to be part of this community!

Glad you’re part of the community! I’m new here as well and find these forums to be a wealth of information with some really amazing people. Is your TRT through a clinic and what is your protocol looking like? How about your complete blood work? What are your goals for bodybuilding? Since starting TRT, I am also waking up, looking forward to the day, and feeling alive again!

Sup, i've been doing bodybuilding through calisthenics for like 10years got inspired by the bwf subreddit.

Nope, my TRT dosing is self-prescribed so I got my initial bloodwork before TRT was like around ~350ng/dl and did like supplementations and experiments for few years cause I think after 23yrs old I just suddenly felt extremely lethargic and fatigue like 2sets in with my usual routine and i'm out of energy
and I thought that was just getting old(lmao getting old at 23yrs old).
Doctors in my country wont prescribe TRT if you're not trans or not on the hypogonadal range and even though you have symptoms(I tried everything before pulling the trigger btw, supplementation, good sleep and good diet, therapy, anti-depressants, adhd meds) So I decided to pull the trigger on trying TRT and it worked!

Started at 120mg/week test E MWF sched and titrated upto 250(120, 150, 180, 210, 250mg/week was my progression every 6weeks this year)stopped now at 250mg/week until I blast. My blood work was atrocious when I started but atm my HDL/LDL is good, estradiol is a bit high(but got no side effects and feel better).

I'm trying to get yolked as much as possible on the minimum effective dose and have no particular goals for bodybuilding other than just looking better. I'll do a blood work before the new year again.

@Mr_Fusion Yeah I particularly love the @Type-IIx posts which are very informative and could point you out to more things to read on if you're planning to blast! Currently planning to add HGH to help with my sleep cause my sleep at the moment is so bad(I only sleep around 4-6hours but I still feel energized throughout the day so imagine if I get 8hours daily then i'll be a god)

If i'm a hyper-responder when I blast im gonna be a new fake natty influencer on IG/Tiktok who preaches about tongkat ali/chicken/brocoli/rice/huberman lab routine. Gonna get that bag bro.
