Hey everyone—glad to be here. I’m in my early 30s, been lifting consistently for over a decade, and like a lot of you, I’ve pushed things as far as I can naturally. I’ve been stuck at a 405 bench for the past two years, and I feel like I’ve hit my ceiling in terms of genetic potential.

I’ve been reading and researching about PEDs for a while, but wanted to join a legit community that actually focuses on doing this safely and intelligently. There’s a lot of garbage info out there, and I’m not trying to roll the dice with my health.

Looking forward to learning from the vets here and doing things the right way. Appreciate the space this forum creates—it’s rare.
