longevity cycle

this forum has lots of info on hrt but nothing on longevity. i am having no luck finding such info on the net either. so i ask, what would a longevity cycle look like? what would it use?

i am a 35yr old, 185lb powerlifter who gets off on picking up college women. id like to as long as possible. my previous hormone experiences are minimal the largest being 8 weeks of about 450mg/week eq and 30mg/day var. just an experiment to see how ill react.

i was think of doing this cycle to rejuvenate, improve my physique, gain strength and heal up my old injurys that are coming home to roost as i enter middle-age:
20weeks test enth@200mg
17 weeks of var @30mg/day at begining then
last 3weeks, whinny(cuz i have it and the var runs out)
last 18weeks, 21iu of hgh/week
i have 100*20mcg of t3 i was going to use during the hgh usage
im on a cyclical ketogenic diet, so on the weekend i would use 22iu or less of humalog over the day on the weekends when i carb and creatin up.
i have 20000iu of hcg i was going to use playing by ear. monitoring my nuts and using it post cycle.
i have a gram of letrozole im not sure i need or how to use with such low test usage.
i have lots of Nolvadex, maybe 20mg/day for 2months?

what you guys in the know think?
am i wacked?
improvements?
just dont tell me to bump up the test to 500mg/week. im not a bodybuilder, just a rake.
i was going

The cycle that zenmonkey proposes is not anything near the "advanced cycles"
which advocate something like 1000 to 1200 mg weekly. Also, were is the evidence that a cycle such as that proposed will shorten life? I havn't seen studies on the danger of shortened life due to AAS use; but I'd be interested in reading same. It's never too late to learn, no matter how long you have been in the game. This comment discounts the slin usage which is ify stuff IMHO.

Well, what do you think cardiovascular disease, insulin resistance and perhaps irreparable damage to the hormonal system will do for your longevity?

I would lower the duration of the orals and lower the amt of GH 2IUs. You are talking about alot of gear with you being what I would concider a novice, this may actually cause more harm than good. I'm no doctor but from what I've read, someone who dosen't have AAS exp. a cycle like that is WAY too much. No offense, but if you do e ure to see your doc and get the approprate blood work done and keep us posted. Good Luck..................nf

thanks for the feedback everyone. im going to ditch the winny, dont know what i was thinking.
so what wrong doc? dont like the diet? insulin use? too much test? too much hgh? too long? from my research these are the minimum doses to build muscle and ligiment. no? must i reference when posting in your forum?

oh ya, this is the freshest forum ive read in a long time. so informative.

Simply, if you are taking T levels above the top of "normal" range, then you are damaging your health, not enhancing it.

Comments such as yours that these are "the minimum dosages required" have no basis in reality. You are the victim of bad--but, unfortunately, prevalent--information.

I don't think you could post any studies which show these to be "the minimum dosages required". I do this stuff all day, every day, and can tell you same simply do not exist.

Specifically, no, I do not like the insulin use. High insulin concentrations are toxic to the organs. Hardly a recipe for longevity.

The deletion of the steroid use is a given, but you already picked up on that.

IMPO, GH dosing above 1IU per day is frought with peril. For one thing, the connective tissue so generated consists of an inferior matrix structure. Therefore, expert rehabilitation directed by a professional who REALLY knows what they are doing is critical, or the risk of re-injury is magnified.

Thank you for the compliment on our Forum.
