Longterm DNP usage?

I wanted to ask if anyone had any knowledge regarding long-term DNP use based on research or anecdotal data from people you know who've run DNP for a long period of time. Unlike others, I seem to respond very well to DNP... tolerable heat, little fluctuation in body temperature, little fatigue, etc... nothing really unadjustable. I think there're other similar people on this board that I've heard literally ask what all the fuss about DNP is about sides-wise.

I find myself feeling much better on a DNP cycle than not because I am free to eat and live normally and do not yo-yo in weight like I do when I diet/stop dieting. I have been able to maintain steady bodyfat levels on DNP while living a normal life, which is much more than I have been able to do without DNP. I have run about multiple bottles worth of cycles in the last year and a half, and although I have not had bloodwork done yet, I cannot say I have had any lasting side effects and am pretty cautious with my cycles -- 300-400mg/day, abstinence from most alcohol, constant temperature monitoring, adequate protein/caloric intake. It would be cool to continue indefinitely using DNP because I seem to live a much more normal life with it, surprisingly (it's also really cold where I live), but am worried that there's a lack of knowledge about long-term. Anyone ever use for long periods of time? I'm considering 300mg for a long period of time or a few weeks on, then a week off... again, not to lose weight, but to maintain a normal weight without yoyo-ing all the time.

Btw, people responding "DNP will kill you", need not reply. :)

DNP can kill you!
lol[:o)]

well as far as long term - again with the studies conducted in previous years, individuals were subjected to about 6 months or longer use of DNP. Nothing long term reported in those instances.
Conc?

If long term means what happens if you reach your 50's or 60's then i honestly don't know. There are people who suffer a plethora of problems and some other that come out fine. Not only by using DNP but steroids and hormones in general. In the case of abuse always but i think abuse isn't only going with doses sky high but cycling 3+ times a year. That can't be of any good, can it???

If you eat clean and still are gaining fat then you might have a hormonal imbalance and might want to see an endo. You could possibly get something for adrenal output or a thyroid precursor. Both of which have plenty of studies for long term use and could be monitored by your doctor and give you the exact results of what your looking for. Do some bloodwork with your doc and talk to him, there is no harm in asking and you might find something out that you did not know before. But make sure it is a very reputable doc and not just one you fine. Some know MUCH more than others.

To the point! +1

I may be able to answer your question for you. I've successfully ran dnp for 2 years straight at 200-400mg/day (lower during the summer months and higher during the winter) with no side effects you wouldn't experience cycling it for 3-4 weeks. I believe DNP has wrongly been labeled as the devil by the media and bros who parrot what others said on forums. Yes, of course it's dangerous at a gram a day but if you run it that high you've got problems posting on a forum won't fix.

I do have one critique in regards to running DNP indefinitely. I've noticed when you cycle off, and many others have noticed this as well, you experience explosive anabolic growth. Although DNP is not catabolic, it's a powerful compound and is capable of draining your strength and gains even at low doses.

From my research on the subject and hands on experience, I conclude that it is indeed safe to run low end doses of DNP over long periods of time but I strongly suggest cycling off every now and then to get that growth. Lift heavy and keep your calories pretty high if you decide to cycle off for a few weeks. Don't forget to keep doing your cardio while you do this. Consider taking ECA or Clen during your weeks off and you'll stay cut like Zyzz while growing. Just what I've noticed with myself and a number of others.

I'd also like to point out something real quick. Despite what I said, do not ever give it to your woman especially if you plan to have kids one day. Women respond very, very differently to DNP and it could do sone serious damage.

EDIT: I forgot to mention supplements on DNP. You must eat above the recommended daily intake of vegetables and take vitamin and mineral supplements. Besides being very draining on your system, you certainly sweat a lot more than usual causing you to lose minerals, electrolytes, etc. You must replenish these on a daily basis. While I call bullshit on those who claim to need $500 worth of supplements per month while running DNP I would take a good multivitamin or two, taurine, potassium, magnesium and others you can get your hands on. T3 is always a good idea on DNP. You don't have to cycle off T3 but it may be benifitial to do so once in a while.

wow, from other DNP logs I have seen posted before do you think maybe the DNP you have could be under dosed making it possible for you to be taking it a long time with a placebo effect? From the people I know who ran cycles of it, there were unbearable side affect like profuse sweating and the sweat staining items a yellow tinge. If you are not experiencing any of that who is to say you even have DNP? Not knocking you as I have never ran any, but just wondering about its dosage.

Fair question—no, my DNP is definitely not underdosed because it's lab quality. I press it into capsules myself using a tamper. Also, I've used DNP capsules from other reputable sources with the same result. They may be using powder DNP instead of crystaline. Powder DNP multiplies all side effects. I wouldn't use it unless it's in weeks leading up to a show and you're not lean enough.

Don't get me wrong, I do sweat profusely, especially while doing supersets, drop sets and cardio but it's manageable. I make sure to work out at a very well air conditioned and ventilated gym. My sperm has a yellow tint which my fiancée hates but as soon as I cycle off it immediately turns pearl white again. No other side effects to report. I've had bloodwork done as well as my sperm count tested, all is normal (sperm count is slightly elevated). Hope my experience with DNP can begin to dispel some negative notions floating around.

If you supplement with even a low dose of T3, your energy will remain exactly the same. I take T3 once every few days.

That's pretty cool then if your so tolerable. Any before after pics?

I don't think I'm special. DNP is just so demonized. I don't bother with before and after pics but if it helps I went from about 275lbs post year long bulk to 210lbs at 7-9% bf. I'm 6'2", 25 years old. I certainly eat a lot more than an average person. Cheers
