Hi everybody, I'm D, been trolling the past couple of days and I figured I'd introduce myself. I don't say much, but i read a lot.
I'm 35, former USMC, been out of the gym for about 4 years now. Used to be 220 about 12% bf and now I'm 245... Let's just say that the bf has gone up a bit as well.
I've re-upped my dues and been working slowly back into the rhythm. Get your jealousy hats on, because I put 15s on the bar this morning.
Looking to add a little taste to my routine, because im older and a fucking cheater.
