27 yr old male on trt for low test levels , i take 100mg of test eth. per week , for some reason my blood pressure has elevated after losing 40lbs , ? so im on a small dose of diovan for that , i lost the 40lb by mostly running and eating nothing , no i want to cut up with diet and lifting , so this was my plan
1> 6 egg whites , 1 cup oatmeal , 2 caps fish oil
2> apple , 4 oz pc of grilled chicken
3> (pre workout ) 1 cup brown rice , 4 oz pc chicken
4> post ) 2 scoops optimum whey , with banana , vitamin pack from gnc
5> 8 oz grilled chicken , brocolli , 2 caps fish oil
6> 6 egg whites , 2 scoops whey , 1 tbsp flax , magnesuim pill

i will work out 3 days a week now and cardio 3 days also
