How many times should you train each muscle per week?

How many total sets per muscle group?

best rep range to gain mass?

what are the best exercises for mass?

There's a thread pertaining to this in the training forum. In fact, I think the title is just about the exact same.

The best exercises are easy. Squats, deadlifts, bench, chins, cleans, snatches, RDL, military presses, etc. In other words, full body, compound movements.
