Looking An Oil High In Efa's But Low In Phytoestrogens

I'i'm looking an oil to supplement my diet which is rich in EFA's but that is low in phytoestrogens.
i've read flax seed oil is high in phytoestrogens.
i am currently using hemp seed oil, i know that canabis use raises estrogen levels i am unsure if hemp seed oil used in your diet would do likewise as it may be high in isoflavinoids also.
could anyone shed some light on this.
i use fish oil capsules for DHA & EPA and was using extra virgin olive oil for omega 6 fats, also 1 1200mg starflower oil capsule for GLA.

would using an oil blend like UDO's oil be a better option alongside fish oils rather than using 1 individual oil like flax seed or hemp seed to minimise any problems if indeed there are any?

this may sound like paranoia but i want to maximise natural testosterone levels and certainly do not want to use anything that might be detrimental, and might in fact lower testosterone levels.

any advice would be greatly appreciated.
