Hey guys. ..looking back on your first cycles what training programs do you think you made your most gains on?..

Being that I've always desired the "athletic" look ( say that of someone like Adrian Peterson) I've always followed the Russian conjugate method and have gotten amazing results. I've done 10 week cycles and gained 16-18 pounds and lost 4-5% body fat. All lifts went up between 40-50% (wasn't extremely strong before I started cycle). I also incorporated in some speed training and COD drills for football. I used bands during a lot of my workouts to accelerate or decelerate certain parts of dynamic lifts and also to simple follow my body's natural strength curve. Following a higher volume higher frequency program WILL give you even higher overall end results BUT it would be hard to also increase your overall speed and explosiveness and also lose a few % body fat. It really all comes down to what you want your end result to be and everything gets designed around that one goal. Good luck brother!
