Looking for a workout routine

Looking for everything huh u want a spoon too?
Did you read the new member introduction? This forum is to reduce the risks. I’m new to this and curious so instead of going at it gap hazardous, wouldn’t you agree it’s best to inquire and seek advice from more advanced individuals?
 
This is what I’m doing. Two heavy-ish tops sets then drop the weight for the final. Everything to failure, some to a higher degree than others.
Doing this during a cut.


Why should you try this?

I’m not qualified to come up with my own shit. I’m small. I make horrible progress. There’s also an arm day, but I’m not sharing that. No way am I letting the secret to my “not a single inch gained since starting” get out.

smith OHP 3x
Push-ups 3x
Lateral raises 3x
EZ Push downs 3x
Cable laterals 2x
Dips 2x
Abs

Pull

Pull ups
Smith BOR 3x
Seated cable low rows 3x
Chest supported mid back rows 3x
Rear delt rows 4x
Incline curls 4x
Abs

Legs

RDL trap/smith 2x
Leg curl 2x
Smith squat 2x
Leg extensions 2x
Seated calf raise 4x
