Mk works the best for me try injectable mk if u can find it it boosted my appetite to an insane level was easily putting down 6k a day. But also cardio helped me eat more it seemed to help me process good faster like clear my meals quicker. Also eat foods you digest fast and aren’t as filling like white rice, fish, potatoes, chicken, or whatever your body digests quickly. Aptemine is a supplement u can try . Also if your deep into a bulk and ur appetite is gone try fasting for 3 days… I know it sounds crazy but if your on gear u won’t lose muscle but it definitely helps reset ur digestion!
