Greetings all, I've been reading off and on for a couple of years on various boards, but now getting serious. I have a good first cycle planned (12 weeks - test e only). At first, I was going to try and get on TRT (test levels might be to high) because of the quality, but I decided, I really don't want to do endless pinning with no break.

When the opportunity presents itself, I will pull the trigger and see what I can do. My diet is pretty decent. My training program is ok, but needs some work.

My big question is, I'm not sure how well I can do, if I'm only lifting by myself and trying to lift heavy?

I like this board because it's open and there's no fucking around.

Welcome brother! I think you have the right idea with using the basic compounds (Test E) for your first cycle. I would recommend lifting to your natural limits before cycling, read up on PCT methods, tighten up the diet until its dialed in and lift hard!

Get your training down. So important to get your routines in check. I lift heavy all the time without a spot. I have no problem getting under 400 to 500lbs without a person standing behind me. This is because I spent years getting to my natural limits dialing down my training and nutrition. Its so important to get 100% without gear before you get on it.

power rack has been my spot on most occasions, or I will just bail on the platform. I'm getting older now I might should invest in a "Life-Alert" necklace just in case...

but If you are lifting somewhere where you can't drop the weights, you are in the wrong gym
