so ive just brewed 300ml and I'm currently bottle top filtering it into my media bottle. now the next part was so frustrating last time. i had a sepa cap for my media bottle and the whole time frame of drawing out and placing into each individual vial was quite annoying and time consuming.

now as I've rinsed my media bottle throughly and oven baked it for 4 hours on 260C this is classed as sterile. so I'm thinking maybe after filtering it i could transfer my oil from media bottle to sterile beaker and draw out of that, I'm will be pressure cooking all finished product at 15psi for an hour minimum.

any other ideas on this would be great??

How is it time consuming?

I haven't brewed anything and am still learning so this is just an observation:

If your area is free of air movement enough to do what you're suggesting, couldn't you just draw from the septa 10ml + a small amount of air. Then unscrew the needle to vent, remove needle and reattach. Put into vented 10ml (25g needle) and squirt in?

Might be doing this already but it seems "quick" to me.

what size needle and syringe are you drawing out of the media bottle with?

To elaborate on my post;

Suggested venting with 25g and drawing/dispensing with 18g. Seems like that would go pretty quick.

pushing through an 18g and a 25g is very different, much easier - especially after the 1st 100 vials.

I'm drawing out with a 18g needle.

i will keep coin what I'm doing i guess, just seems painful lol i need like a frame to hold the media bottle upside down lol
