Low alkaline phosphatase?

So I just had blood work done and my ALP was 33 (39-117). This value has tested out of range low for 3 or 4 years (since I started reading my own blood work). My RDW has always tested out of range high as well (most recent being 16.7 % [12.3-15.4%]. My hematocrit also always tested on the low side of normal (most recent being 41.5 [37.5-51.0%]. I find that odd because I have been a constant user of hormones for 5 or 6 years now. I pretty much am on a blast 3/4th's of the year. Steroids should cause increased rbc production but for some reason I do not get that effect. I also even have been taking a blood builder supplement (dessicated liver- uniliver) recently. Started a few months before this recent blood test. So it can't be low iron as a reason because there is plenty of that in liver supplements. Why do you think these values always abnormal for me?
