O BTW I was only 125 lbs 8 days ago so I am far from being out of shape and I still lost 6 lbs in a week -that is almost 5% of my total body weight. A good portion of that is water though but once your body starts using stored fat for energy --which takes about 3 days if you keep you calories below a certain number...I had to keep my calories below 35 grams a day but everyone is different...the weight loss will be much more permanent. Good luck!! But Dennis kept on this diet for 30 days so he would know more about the long term results.
