Low DHT and DHEA

I recently had my blood tests and it seems my DHT and my DHEA are very low.
In particular, my DHEA is 2.9 ng/ml and my DHT is only 60 pg/ml.

During my TRT, I always had DTH very high, > 1000 pg/ml.
For various reasons, I decided to come off my TRT on december.

My testosterone is now 7 ng/ml while my E2 is 44 pg/ml, prolactine 10,69 ng/ml.

I really have no libido and I feel tired all the time. I guess it is related to my DHT levels.

I can't understand why it is so low and what I can do to raise it.
Any suggestions?

That is the issue in a nutshell. Your body has not restored endogenous production, and you will almost certainly feel lousy until that is rectified.

Why? Dude you were using exogenous testosterone and it suppressed your body’s own production. This should have been lesson one of using any aas. I hope I’m misunderstanding something about your question.

Your body needs time to recover and depending how long you were on, it may take quite a bit of time.

Probably you are misunderstanding, I stopped my TRT two months and half ago and my current testosterone is 7 ng/ml so my body is now able to produce testosterone again by itself, three weeks ago my testosterone was at 5 ng/ml. I did my last injection the last day of November.
In addition, my LH and FSH levels are fine.
It is not the first time that I quit my TRT and I never had this issue with DHT.

My mistake. I read that as 7 ng/deciliter. Total testosterone is nearly always reported in those units or nmol/L. Still, my mistake. So your total test looks fine. Your E2 is tad high but nothing horrible.

Are you sure you have your DHEA units correct?

Your DHT levels are quite low but it's extremely difficult to say if that's the cause of your symptoms. Anything else changed in the past couple months? I don't want to suggest more drugs since you made the decision to get off TRT.

Thank you for your answer! My life haven't changed in the last period, probably I little bit more tired for work, but nothing special. I haven't used any other drugs in these two months.

I stopped the TRT for fertility, so I'm open to other drugs that do not block the spermatogenesis.

My DHT levels are still very low (63 pg/ml) while it should be greater than 250.

All the other values are ok.

Can't understand why and how to solve it.
I'm taking no steroids at the moment. I should start another cycle but I'm still worried about the DHT.
