Low dose clen during cruise to offset fat gain and muscle loss

I never used clen, the only stimulant I ever took was caffeine at 400mg per day, so I really don’t have a lot of experience in the subject.

Some say that clen is extremely dangerous, others say it can be safe if not abused. Would like to hear some personal experiences regarding those statements.

So I have been flirting with the idea of doing a low dose clen course during a cruise.
I just finished my cut last week, and as the concentration of the hormones I had on my body start to decrease, I thought that running clen for 4 weeks could help with maintaining my current level of leanness, and prevent any strength/muscle loss.

I would start with a dosage of 25 mcgs for 2 weeks, and then increase to 50 for the last 2 weeks, as I feel that with long esters like enanthate there would be no need to take it on the first 2 weeks after the last pin since the Concentration of anabolics in my blood would still be high.

However, I read that some taper up and then down so, ideally, since I’m doing a 6 week cruise I should have/could have started immediately and done 2 weeks @25, then 2 weeks at 50, and then decrease to 25 again. If that is the case, then I would try this sometime in the future, after my next cut takes place.

I would like to hear if some of you ever attempted something of the sort, and your results from it.

P.s: Diet is always on point either during blast or cruise, so that’s not a problem.
 
You don't need to taper up and down. It will work slightly for what you are looking to use it got however, it's really very mild despite the sides you can get from it.

So what you mean is that basically it’s not worth it because of the sides even at a lower dose.
 
Tbh no, only because for me the most important part of cruising or taking time off is to give your heart a break from blasting - and using clen during a cruise is going to negate that component of time off.

I don't think there is much debate as to how shitty clen is for the heart.

Low dose GH dosed for fat burn is what you want for your purposes or what you outlined above.

It my opinion you'd benefit more from even just 1.5iu of gh per day and to even better utilize it, take it before going for a short walk in the morning fasted.

I understand gh may not be in your budget tho

If your diet was on point, then remedy the exercise issue bc if both are GTG, there’s no need for
Clen.

IGF levels are warranted before GH supplementation, in somatopause dosages, is even considered, esp in a “27” year old.

Exercise isn’t an issue aswell, but naturally without the high dose of anabolics present during a blast, nutrient partitioning is not going to be the same.

Like the above poster claimed, gh isn’t in my budget, so i guess Il just have to do things the hard way.
