Low Dose GH and Sides

everything you read on GH for anti-aging (doses of 1-2 IU daily) touts the miracle benefits, but fails to make mention of the potential side effects. obviously, these doses are roughly half of the minimum doses used and discussed by bodybuilders who DO make mention of the side effects. my question is, considering .5 to 1.5 IU's (from what i've read) is approximately what our bodies produce naturally per day, to what degree, if any, would these side effects manifest themselves? obviously 1-2 IU's would do very little in regard to body composition, but would that dose be worthwhile in slowing the thinning and wrinkling of the skin, the degeneration of organs, and the other claims the anti-aging docs suggest?

i've been using 2iu/day for the last 12 mos. i think the key w/gh is duration of use. i'm 45yo and have noticed compositional changes, mostly lower bf, as well as life extension benefits such as hair regrowth, smoother skin, and an overall more youthful appearance. i also endured severe carpal tunnel-loke sides when i first started, but they diminished, then vanished after about 8 weeks.

Appropriate GH therapy is meant to generally move you forward. It is not like using it for bodybuilding purposes. On the other hand, doing it that way will not cause diabetes, either. I know of a gentleman who now will suffer diabetes for the rest of his life because an online so-called "HRT Clinic" sold him 4IU's per day, unmonitored.

can you clarify Swale

What do you mean by "generally move you forward"? I am using 1.5 iu a day and wonder what I will experience form that over 3 and 6 months.
