Low Hematocrit and Hemoglobin

Today is the last day of my 12 week test prop/tren Ace/Winny cycle (been off the tren for 4 weeks now).

Hematocrit is at 21
Hemoglobin at 7.1

I don’t know much about HCT and HB but why would it be so low on a cycle?? Shouldn’t it be the opposite?

I’d get a retest. That seems WAY too low. Anemia.

Well good. I’m going to keep re testing. I don’t know how accurate this meter is. Usually it’s around 43% and 14 Hb.

Order a hematology panel - handheld meters for hematocrit are not common in the market, they seem to be either really shitty and cheap or really expensive and uncommon.

Certain ethnicities are more prone to anemias than others - it's entirely possible you have irregular hematology.

These things are not uncommon, which is why I don't believe everyone should drain blood necessarily without knowing what their hematology looks like.

How would one find out this information? Preferably without involving a doctor. My hematocrit stays low to mid 50's with no bad effects as far as I can tell. Never seen it hit 55 yet. I've drained the hell out of my blood to get it down to high 40's and ended up giving myself low ferritin. Is there a possibility 50-55 is an okay range for me?

Would probably be very hard without a doctor or some knowledge of anemias/hematology disorders, to be honest. And there are a lot of different possible disorders. Not easy.

I don't know how prevalent health issues from elevated hematocrit even are, the biggest concern I can think of is a combination of factors and thick blood being one of them (possibility for afib or other issues can be exacerbated by it). There are other issues like DVT or polycythemia but they don't seem to be overly common even among reckless users but are absolutely possible issues that could occur.

Have you repeatedly tested at what you believe is correct with this same device?
I test my glucose often but don’t usually pay attention to the hct and Hb numbers. I’ve just noticed in the past that it’s been mid 40’s and around 14 Hb. It’s a keto-mojo meter.

Bro see a doctor. This could be a sign you have a real problem on your hands. You're taking hardcore drugs that should make this impossible for a healthy male.

Just tested again.

42 hct
14 hg

The meter is inaccurate.

Good, Good. I know we're all anonymous assholes out here, but in this game we've got to look out for each other. My father is near death with a blood cancer, and I honestly woke up last night praying you didn't have one too!

Cheers.

Thanks man I appreciate that. I will continue to re check and make sure everything is okay.
