Interesting. Never heard of
klinefelter syndrome

For the gout, what is your diet like?

I have been on ketogenic diet for 2 years everything was very fine with gout than one day I started to eat freely loads of sweets and carbs than my gout hit me back big time . now I stopped eating trash and things start to get back to normal . my biggest concern here is my very low IGF- 1 FSH and LH . I feel so depressed and lacking any motives to do anything at all .

Post a COPY of your LAB REPORTS.

I agree with Dr. Jim although I'll add the caveat that your LH aNd FSH are low bc you are on TRT. This is to be expected and nothing To worry about as it can't be avoided.

If you have a genetic disorder such as KS your physician rather than a PED forum is where you should seek answers to your questions.

@medo84 I mention this bc it's VERY IMPORTANT you understand Klinefelter Syndrome is a VERY COMMON human sex chromosomal disorder effecting
roughly 1:500 males!

It's also important to note there is an increased incidence of DM, Thyroid, and certain "autoimmune" disorders in SOME patients with KS.

It's for these reasons and others, I suggest a search for the "opinions" of those on PED forums are unlikely to be beneficial, (and may even be harmful) especially from a therapeutic perspective.

To that end I would encourage you to ask your endo about a forum specifically directed at and designed for patients with KS.

JIM

Out of curiosity I've a few questions with respect to your "gout DX"

1) what joints are involved?

2) how was this DX CONFIRMED?

3) what was your age at DIAGNOSIS.

Incidentally although "low T"
can be associated with depression, other contribution factors are often overlooked completely such as MORBID OBESITY, and KS once a DX of "low T" is rendered.

Finally why in the heck are you trying another "diet" bc rest assured it will fail unless you change your lifestyle fella.

And I'm not saying this to be "mean" but after some 20 years of practice and being very familiar with the "obesity" literature, the outcome remains essentially the same; initial "diet" "success" followed by return to ones baseline AND some EXTRA!
