Low pregnenolone on TRT

Ok so I have a concern with recent blood work here some of the results from it
Pregnenolone 12ng/dl L
Estradiol 47 pg/ml H
Total Testosterone 1081 ng\dl
Free test. 329.5 pg/ml H
Estrone. 36pg/ml
DHT.serum. 41ng/dl
DHT free. 4.17 pG
Dhea. 314mcg/dl
Progesterone. <0.5 ng/ml
Prolactin 8.2 ng
SHBG. 12nmol


I have been on TRT about a year now my current dose is 180mg a week split into two shots 0.4 and 0.5
I have been off my AI for about 5 month since last time I tested it was crashed so my doc took me off but now put me back on at a low dose
My concern is the pregnenolone
He never mentioned it but is that something I should be concerned
And yes I feel tired a lot but then again We just had a new baby lol

That's why you inject low dose HCG on TRT or fill back the gap by supplementing with DHEA and Pregnenolone.

Was on hcg fuckin hated it
Gave me bad acne and I couldn't keep my e2 dialed in correctly so I don't take it anymore
My dhea levels are fine

Raising pregnenolone levels should help with mood and energy. It's cheap and you can buy it off Amazon. Many guys on TRT supplement with pregnenolone and/or DHEA.

Any recommendations on dosages ?

10mg a day should be fine. They make them in caps much higher than that, but from what I've read, those higher doses long-term can lead to side effects.

Be patient. This is not something that a supplement will fix in a week or even a month. Your pregnenolone is quite low.
