The effects of hCG-hMG treatment in 13 boys with pituitary dwarfism associated with gonadotropin deficiency, were assessed. No patients except one showed signs of puberty at a bone age of 13 years or above. The one patient with some signs of puberty did not become fully mature. The hCG-hMG was started at a mean age of 20.4 years. The hCG at a dose of 5,000 IU was injected intramuscularly twice a week and the hMG at a dose of 75 IU was given once a week at first. During treatment, the frequency of hMG injections was increased to twice a week in six patients who still had not produced normal sperm counts. After a mean duration of 19.23 months, spermatozoa appeared in eight patients, of whom four showed more than 20 x 10(6) sperm/ml. Among six patients who did not have normal sperm counts and had increased hMG injections, one produced a pregnancy and four achieved sperm counts of more than 35 x 10(6)/ml. One patient had refractory azoospermia. In 13 boys with growth hormone and gonadotropin deficiency, hCG-hMG treatment produced normal spermatogenesis in nine patients, one of whom fathered a girl. Thus, hCG-hMG treatment, especially twice-a-week injections of both hCG and hMG, appears to be effective for gonadotropin deficiency in males.⁸
I was on it before it put my E2 through the roof. SERMs also increase load size but I hate taking them. Would lowering test dosage help?
Lowering test won't increase your sperm size, no.
Just take Nolvadex with the HCG and HMG, it'll keep the estrogen from binding to the receptor, and at worse, just take a little more AI than usual, because yes, HCG can spike estrogen quite a bit, but the Nolvadex should help counter it

Like many others said above I’d go with HCG n HMG, I was about to write just eat more celery n pineapple cos I understood a different type of volume issue ahah (but yo if u want to make yo gyal happy definitely do that too, u will end up skeeting bukkakes all over her)

proviron increases my load size a lot. HCG, HMG, like the others said. I think proviron is used to help with load size in medical.

I’m trying to drastically lower my gear usage. I would even say come off it but due to the hideous process of PCT I want to hold off for a while.
It’s not sperms it legit the semen volume. I understand there’s a completely different mechanism between the two but I could be wrong. Is it normal for semen volume to go down with exogenous testosterone?

250iu hcg EOD- report back in 2 weeks.
Also volume shouldn’t hinder the chances of you conceiving- I got my fiancée pregnant my last blast at 600 test 400 primo and 6iu gh- I’m sure I wasnt spitting out a lot, but just enough!

I am experiencing the same thing lol. Scared me how small the amount nowadays. Apparently it’s a common symptom of trt/test usage without breaks.

You should definitely lower your T dose while running HCG since it aromatises into E2 by stimulating the LH production in the testes... and or you can increase AI/ or use anti estrogenic compounds. However, i would just decrease the test since you implied you wanna come off almost completely.. I would also supplement DHEA and pregnenolone

i inject 200iu of HCG three times a week. My load size increased but not by much. Mostly the viscosity went back to watery loads. Before it was like jello due to trt for 3 years and no HCG prior.
Most importantly, orgasms are way better with TRT+HCG than just TRT alone.
