Ok you guys so in the past year I've had some real ups and down with my life it's been 4 years since my last cycle and for the first 3 years after I never lost weight felt great all the time but recently shit has not been right. So I got a panel done here
are the results
Age 25
Weight 170
Height 5'7
Fsh 0.9 miu/ml
Lh. 2.4 miu/ml
Progesterone. 0.6 ng/ml
Prolactin. 6.9 ng/ml
Estradiol 18 pg/ml
Total test 380 ng/dl
Free test 52 pg/ml
My dr says I'm fine but this is not normal for me
The only one that is considered low by their standards is my LH

So this was my results exactly one year ago
FSH 1.8
LH 6.3
Progesterone didn't get
Prolactin 9.4
Estradiol 23
Total test 508
Free test 91
Please give me some input from vets and people of knowledge my dr is of no help what so ever he's a fuckin quack and I went to an endo he was even worse they just see me as some punk trying to get on trt

I've been preparing for a cycle and that's part of the reason I wanted to lab work so I could get pre during and post bloods
But I'm worried now
Should I just start do my 12 week cycle pct and hope it like kick starts my body into homeostasis ?

Sorry kiddo your doc is CORRECT, bc although your TT may be on the low side of NORMAL, it's still normal!

Welcome to why I've harped, begged and pleaded with others to NOT cycle in their youth!

All that being said I'd suggest you begin a SERM such as Clomid at 50mg/QD for 4-6 weeks as this MAY improve your natural TT production.

Cycle again as your planning and you'll likely require long term TRT

d I was 21 my first cycle I wasn't a teen or anything and I recovered fine so how would 4 years later it affect me ?? I took bloods after my cycle and years after always came back fine and normal I have no reason to believe a cycle 4 years ago would now all the sudden fuck with me can u explain how it could ?

mine is probably like 200 and i haven't seen a doctor, my life sucks. cant get my bench over 155 for reps...diet is on point eating about 3500 calories of quality food.

I'd do anything to have normal.

Additionally, no doctor would give a 23 year old trt, so im fucked either way.

Just to add like I put in my first post this started about a year ago with the feeling and test levels and it was after being sick with mono for 4 months I don't know if that plays a role but that's when I noticed everything go down hill I honestly can come to terms a 4 year old cycle with a proper pct did this ...

Since when is 200 mg/dl the same 380ng/dl!

Or maybe 200ng/dl it what you "think" it is.

It's prophetic although on several occasions you have mentioned what you believe your TT could be yet still haven't seen a doc or had labs drawn.

You feel "like shit" but aren't willing to do anything about it!

I think thats what it is, probably a bit higher but no where close to 500 i'm sure. I've been lifting about 1.5 years and my size/strength will not improve at all. It's like I've already hit my natural limit. It's not diet either, I eat a lot of food, counted macros a while still no improvement.

Yea and clinical studies prove there's a BIG difference bt values that approximate 200ng/dl compared to a value of roughly 400ng/dl, as those with hypogonadal symptoms AND a TT of 200 often DO benefit from TRT, whereas those with a TT close to 400ng/dl DO NOT!

@LittleD90 my bad bro, I was just saying that 500 isnt bad at all and you are already jacked lol.

I want to see the doctor in the future but my insurance is going through some problems right now, gotta get it sorted out first. On top of that my life is spiraling down, school and work are taking a hit from my depression which has started up again. The depression stems from my fucked up body due to being a fat kid, cant put on muscle, this HBB stopped seeing me when she found out i didnt have abs because of stretched skin, overall my life is just trash.

First thing first bro try to get lab work done there are places you can go online and they'll submit it to lab of your choosing you just have to pay out of pocket I think it's around 80-100$ but it's worth knowing instead of guessing
Second 1.5 years of training is much my man keep it change things up I've been training since I was 17 did my first show when I was 19
So you have time to grow and don't let some bitch put u down you'll find some one trust me try not to beat your self up about it just get into dieting that was a big thing for me at leaste made a huge difference
