I've been taking BD dbols and Sustanon for about 5 weeks now, for the last week, I've had extreme soreness pain in my lower back area, both left and right sides. Pain seems to switch back and forth on the sides, sometimes on both..

I've heard that dbols may be causing this..any suggestions, and what can be done to help this out..

Heat pad helped one day, but hasnt been helping lately..

try lowering your mgs of dbol or take a break from the d-bol or just endure ... just my .02 ... goodluck bro.

you ever try trunk stabilization excercises? pm me if you want a link, or you could just look it up on the net. wisdom

I have the same problem with dbol it kills my lower back starting at week 4 and just keeps getting worse. My suggestion at this point is to stop the dbol you have pretty much gained everything you are going to from it and if you continue the pain will keep getting worse. For me it takes about two weeks for the pain to go away after I stop.

Dbol back pain.... I know exactly what you're feeling. That happens to me too sometimes when I use it. Usually it starts around the 6th or 7th week. The first time I ever used Dbol, the pain became so unbearable at times, that I thought I was gonna cry... especially after doing excersizes like hack squats or any rowing or deadlifts.

Like what's been mentioned, try lowering the dosage, and be sure you are drinking as much water as you can each day. I drink at least 1 1/2 gal/day.

bro it could be the d-bol, or you could have other problems, like fractures, remember your lifting more now then your body was used to, I would lower the d-bol or stop taking it, and see how that goes or you can go to your doc and tell him you would like to get a x-ray of your lower back, shit last thing you want to dio is fuck your back up,look at me, my accident happened march 18 2004 and I am still fucked up. good luck and take it easy

This is why I love this board. Ive been in the game for about 5 years now and just when I think Ive heard/know everything there is to know about AAS, Im schooled once again.

Im into my 3rd week of a cycle of Dbol, Omnas and Deca. I have never had lower back pain like this in my life. I though it was from the heavy sqattin I was doing two weeks ago. I thought it may be my Sciatic (spelling) nerve that was bothering me. But now I beleive its the Dbol. My left side of my lower back has been in CONSTANT pain for the past 2 weeks. I can barely walk sometimes let alone do cardio and run. Ive been in the hot tub every day trying to work it out and streaching with no avail.

Sorry to jump in on your thread and ask a question of my own, but does the pain usually subside when the Dbol is discontinued? Im only taking the Dbol for the first 5 weeks of my cycle (40mg/day). I guess i can endure the pain for another 2 weeks.

Peace...kelly

Kelly... as soon as I end the cycle of Dbol, the pain goes right away completely, seemingly overnight.

try cycling tren with d-bol, pretty insane back pain. For me it feels like the area gets overly pumped then it tightens up. An hour after the gym it seems to disappear.

Dbol gives me lower back pain also,,,It stops as soon as the Dbol clears out,,,Rambo brings up a good point,,,There are times when you feel tireless and so strong while on you can over do it,,,Remember that you're connective tissue grows slower than the muscle,,,This is a good reason to always include aas that encourages collagen synthesis and strengthening(Equi, Deca, Anavar, etc),,,Remember impatience never helps,,,VDC
