lower back problems

ok so my lower back has been bothering me for quite a while it just recently got worse after fucking it up squatting 405. It is hard to explain but it is on the right side of my lower back right at the hip and doesn't hurt very much doing everyday activities. I can still run and pick stuff up but when I squat heavy sometimes it hurts so damn bad I can't hardly bend over. I can still squat 315 pretty easy as my legs are still strong but when I re rack the weight and let off their is instant pain the second the weight comes off my back. I tried not squatting for 3 weeks but it didn't really help much. I hate this shit I have great genetics in my legs and this is holding me back so bad. I don't dead lift simply because it fucks up my back to where I can't squat.

Does the pain radiate down the back of the leg? Any other symptoms, pins and needles, tingling or numbness? If so it may be the sciatic nerve.
I've blown out my back with squats badly twice over the years{muscular not nerve}.I can take a while to come back from it.Now days I do squats last, after leg extensions then leg presses. That way I pre exhaust my thighs and don't need to load so much weight on the squat sos to do my back in.Its always these little muscles that give out before you can really hit the big ones hard.
The lower back gets a pounding if you are training hard all the time. You just need to mix it up and juggle the order of your exercises here and there to protect the smaller muscles from over training and giving out.Once they've blown their ass it takes a long time to recoup them.
