gotta lower back spasm last week, put me outta work for two days. im a month or so into 5x5 and just atarting to get heavy. i think its the rows that screwed me, any tips on staying healthy doing these? i read the posts on these but i still screwed my form somehow. i have kinda long arms. ive been trying to stay at @90 deg. and lift into my stomach. would squats cause a lbs? thanks for the input.
