Lower Chest help

Hello everyone. I'm a newbie here to this forum, but I've been lifting and training for just about a year and a half now.

But I still have one problem.

my lower chest.

Luckily Ive cleaned it up to where it doesn't look like bitch tits anymore, but I am still having difficulty getting that rounded look on the bottom.

Ive heard decline benches are useless from 70 percent of the people I've talked to. I've also heard working the pectoralis minor helps, but I've been doing that and I'm still seeing little results. I hear dips as well help, which I have been trying, but I'm starting to get a tad discouraged.

Are there any exercises that can help with this issue? Any help is very much appreciated.

Thanks a bunch.

Steve

If it is that big a problem do all your chest exercises on a decline even if it is just a small decline . Most peep's have a hard time filling the uppers instead . Do wide dips on chest day and narrow dips for tir's on tri day .

Begin with compound lower pec exercises such as decline barbell presses and dips. Finish your workout off with isolated movements like decline d-bell flys, pec dec, or cable flys standing for the lower pecs.
